Merry-Go-RoundThe light was so comforting. It warmed me down to the pits of my soul. The light sat upon its own pedestal, over my head. I knelt down in front of it, my head bent down. Slowly as the light intensified, I felt myself spin. Pleasantly turning round and round, like a ride on the merry-go-round. It continued and went at an easy pace, but I wondered when the cycle would end. The light beat down on my searing back as sweat rippled out of pores. It continued to heat up, churning the raw of my insides. I tried to shift about, but I could not even tell my left to my right. I sat there, limp and weakening. The world became an ache of endless swirling.Merry-Go-Round
